OFFICIAL RULES — HOBBS FLYER H2 ANR HEADSET GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.

SPONSOR
The Flying Salesman LLC, Belcher, Louisiana. Prize provided in association with Hobbs Flyer.

ENTRY PERIOD
Begins August 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends September 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

HOW TO ENTER
Leave a comment on any qualifying video published on The Flying Salesman YouTube channel during the entry period. A qualifying video is any video whose description contains the giveaway entry instruction and a link to these Official Rules. Additional qualifying videos may be published during the entry period and will be added to the list below. Limit one (1) entry per person per qualifying video. Commenting more than once on the same video does not increase your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be 18 or older at the time of entry and legal residents of the 50 U.S. states or D.C. Your YouTube channel must be publicly viewable and must have existed prior to August 15, 2026. Sponsor may request reasonable verification of account age from a potential winner and may disqualify entries from accounts it reasonably believes were created to enter this giveaway. Employees and immediate family members of The Flying Salesman LLC and Hobbs Flyer are not eligible.

ENTRY INTEGRITY
Entries submitted by bots, scripts, macros, or any automated means are void. Comments copy-pasted from other entrants or posted repeatedly are not valid entries. Entries from multiple accounts operated by the same person will all be disqualified. Your comment must be publicly visible on the qualifying video at the close of the entry period; comments held for review, removed, or edited after posting are not eligible. Entries that violate the YouTube Community Guidelines will be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes was submitted by automated means or is otherwise not a good-faith entry, at its sole discretion. PRIZE
One (1) Hobbs Flyer H2 ANR headset. Approximate retail value: $600.00. One winner total. No cash equivalent, transfer, or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all qualifying videos.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
At the close of the entry period, all eligible entries from all qualifying videos will be combined into a single pool, and one winner will be selected at random. The winner will be announced on September 26, 2026. The only official winner is the entrant notified by a REPLY to their entry comment from The Flying Salesman YouTube channel. If a winning entrant submitted entries on more than one qualifying video, notification will be sent as a reply to the specific comment that was drawn. The winner must reply from the same account used to enter and provide a valid U.S. shipping address within 72 hours of that notification. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, is ineligible, or the notification cannot be delivered, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the same pool.

FRAUD WARNING
Sponsor will only contact the winner by replying to their comment from The Flying Salesman YouTube channel. Sponsor will never request payment, a shipping fee, or personal information in a public comment, and does not use WhatsApp or Telegram to contact winners. Do not post your email address, phone number, or mailing address in a public comment.

PRIVACY
The only information collected from entrants is their public YouTube comment. From the winner, Sponsor collects the name and mailing address provided for shipping. That information is used solely to deliver the prize, is shared only with the shipping carrier as needed for delivery, and is not sold or shared with any other party. Winner information is deleted after the prize is delivered. Questions about your information: info@theflyingsalesman.com.

TAXES
The prize is taxable income to the winner. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from acceptance of the prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Entrants retain all rights to their comments; no transfer of ownership is required to enter. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in shipping once delivered to the carrier. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

RELEASE
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube in any way. By entering, you completely release YouTube from any and all liability related to this giveaway. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Flying Salesman LLC, Hobbs Flyer, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

WINNER'S NAME
The first name and YouTube handle of the winner will be posted on The Flying Salesman YouTube channel after the prize is claimed.
